1. What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item if you're not fully satisfied. Returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with original tags still attached.

2. How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@helenandjames.com. We will provide you with a return reference number and clear return instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

3. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — we offer free delivery on all orders within the UK.

4. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We are working on expanding our delivery zones shortly.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can monitor the status of your delivery at any time. What payment methods do you accept?
