Returns
Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after this period.
Please note: Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are processed immediately.
Condition:
Items must be original, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Return:
To initiate a return, email us at info@helenandjames.com with your order number and a short explanation for the return.
We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Helen & James.
Refunds
Assessment:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
You will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved.
Processing Time:
If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your card provider — some refunds take additional time
- Contact your bank for potential processing delays

Exchanges
For Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to replace it with the same product (if in stock).
Please email us at info@helenandjames.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief explanation.
We will guide you through the exchange process.
