DELIVERY & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
- If an order is unclaimed after 14 days, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the order value for handling.
- If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact your local post office.
- If the package is confirmed lost in transit, provide official documentation and contact us.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
RETURN POLICY
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return shipping is not covered by Helen & James.

ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure timely shipping.
We recommend carefully reviewing your order before checkout.
If the order has already been processed, changes may no longer be possible.
FAILED DELIVERIES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
We cannot offer refunds for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned, we may offer to resend it once the correct details are provided.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
RESHIPMENT POLICY
If your order is lost, returned, misdelivered, damaged, or incorrect, we will reship it free of charge.

Once a resolution (reshipment or partial refund) is provided, we cannot offer further compensation for the same order.
6. BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
