Returns
Timeframe
You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after this period.
Please note that order cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed, as fulfillment begins immediately.
Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
How to Return
To begin a return, email us at info@helenandjames.com with your order number and a short explanation for the return.
We will provide clear instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered by Helen & James. Returns must be sent to our fulfillment center in Asia.
Refunds
Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
Processing
If approved, your refund will be issued using your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider — some refunds may take several days
- Speak to your bank — processing times can vary

Exchanges
For Damaged or Defective Items
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
If this applies to your order, please email info@helenandjames.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
We’ll assist you with the exchange process.
